In the right pane the detailed information for the process "2.13 Assess Export Declaration can be seen." ModProm includes R.A.C.I. attributes. These attributes allow you to assign a Responsible resource, Accountable resource, Consulted resources and Informed resources to a process. Assigning these accountabilities to a process allows easy analysis of which processes are lacking control, demanding excessive management attention and/or likely to go astray. Assignment of these attributes also allows ModProm to analyse the process set as a whole, giving insight into the overall process management task.
